LowCashout is a new Paid to Click ( PTC ) and Paid to Read ( PTR ) that will soon have thousands of members. Minimum payout is $3 paid via PayPal, AlertPay or Moneybookers, within 30 days. There are 4 referral levels (50% - 15% - 10% - 5%). To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 30 days and click on at least 25% of the ads they send out.
There is a weekly referral contest going on every week with prizes $10 for 1st place, $5 for 2nd, $3 for 3rd and $2 for 4th. Also anyone who refers more then 25 people in the 1 week period will receive a free upgraded membership! This means no minimum cash out's daily, extra 100% commission per level from your referrals and FREE network building which is great because now that the website is new, many people join without a referrer and few people are upgraded. Each contest runs from Friday at 12:01am to Thursday at 11:59pm and getting those 25 refs in a new site isn’t that hard.
