PayPal freezing PTC owners accounts

Almost every PTC I know has a frozen PayPal account by now. This means that payments will not be on time plus we will not be paid via PayPal.

Valerie Underhill, owner of MarketingPond and GlobalTeamClub made a great post about this matter. I believe she will not have a problem for posting here part of her post:

I am sure most everyone is aware by now of the problems
many PTC programs have with PayPal freezing their accounts.

The fact of the matter is, there are plenty of PTC programs
that are Not legit. In all due respect, PayPal has every
right to freeze those accounts. Lets take a moment and
see why PayPal freezes accounts of PTC programs :

-Trojans, virus's and other harmful stuff.
For whatever reason, the PTC site redirects to bad
stuff and/or is harmful due to loopholes.

-Bad Tracking.
This can be as simple as not tracking the new enrollee
to the sponsor.

-Selling of Ref Packs.
This is not necessarily bad but many bad PTC sites are
not on the up and up and sell fake ref packs.

-Non-Verified Admins.
If the PTC admin is a non-verified PayPal user, PayPal
is certainly going to frown on this.

-Non Compliance.
When PayPal requests certain documents, the admin needs
to comply. If the admin does not comply by sending in
the required docs, PayPal with either freeze the admins
account or not unfreeze the admin account.

-Too Many Complaints.
If PayPal receives an abundance of complaints, the admin
could have his PayPal account froze.

-Too Many Refund Requests.
If PayPal is seeing loads of demands for refunds of the
admins PTC, PayPal may freeze the admins PayPal account.

As a norm, if the PTC is operating in a legit fashion,
has complied to PayPal's requests, there should be no
problem with any PTC being allowed to utilize PayPal
services.

Today, with such a large amount of PTC scams and non-
compliance, it is easy to see why many PTC are shut
down by PayPal, even if the PTC is trying to comply.

Global Team Club will remove any and all PTC that
utilize 'AlertPay' only as the payout option. Some
programs I am keeping an eye on to see what options
they implement. Some have been removed until I see
what they implement. Some are keeping their members
adequately updated and many are not.

Today, one PTC will be added to the program list. It
appears it has been approved by PayPal. Please view
your GTC program list in a few hours for the new PTC.
