WePaid.com Paid to Read ( PTR ) launched on May 1st, 2002 and since then paid $12839.4 at its members! This makes it one of the oldest PTRs around! The mails they send have mostly 2 ads. Each ad might worth 0.5 cents or 10 points or 20 points. At the end of each month, points are converted to cash. The rate in most cases is 1 cent for 200 points. Minimum payout is $4 (at least $0.10 must be personal earnings) paid via e-gold or PayPal every Sunday. They have good 5 levels referral commissions (20% - 10% - 5% - 5% - 1%).
