Hits4pay Paid to Read ( PTR ) has been operating online since April 1998. They offer a 10$ sign up bonus. All their mails worth 2 cents and they send up to 10 mails daily. They pay via PayPal on the 20th of every month to those that the previous month had an account balance of $25 or more. Their referral commissions are generous, 2 levels (50% - 50%).
In order to get your account approved, you must submit accurate account information. For example you must submit a real name and address.

I have some confusions with the tax form which Hits4pay tells us to fill up. I am a non-US member & live in India. Please give me a copy or some quick tips of the form so that I may not land up with nothing in the end. Also, is the form necessary to be filled up even if we request not very big payouts? One thing more, they say one account per computer. So, if I have more than one computer with different IP addresses ofcourse, can I register & fill in the same tax form & paypal account or do I have to fill it in the tax details of some friend of mine. Do I need to create another paypal account?

Since you are a non-US member this is easy!
You do NOT have to give any information at the fields of "Part 1: Taxpayer Identification Number" and "Part 2: Certification (For US Residents Only)".
I believe that the rest of the fields are easy to fill and you will not have a problem.
Submitting this form once is enough! The message "Submit Tax Info" will keep displaying at your members area so just ignore it.
On your second question I'm not sure about the right answer. You have to contact the admin of Hit$4Pay and ask her.

What do I do with the "Exempt from ..." checkbox?

I didn't check the "Exempt from backup withholding" and I never sent any other form and I got my money without a problem.
I will look more in to it and I will post a comment if it is needed
Ya! i signed up but when ever i look in my mail box there are no emails there! My account is approved but still no mails are comming its been 3 day but no mails PLZ HELP!
They don't send much mails but you will get mails sooner or later for sure.
The true power of HIT$4PAY is building a downline and then teach your downline how to build a downline. Maybe I should start doing that...

I live in Indonesia I signed up many times with hits4pay but always denied, I am really sure I fill up very well, Do u think I am not eligible? Do you know why?
Others also have the same problem. They should accept you. Contact their support to resolve the problem.
